Quail is a sweet, delicate game meat with extremely low skin fat. It’s low in sodium and has a low cholesterol value.

Why should we eat it?

Quail is packed with protein, more than chicken. It is rich in micro-nutrients and a wide range of vitamins including B complex, folate and Vitamin E & K.   It is also a great source of Thiamine, Riboflavin, Iron, Zinc, Selenium, Phosphorus and Copper.

How do we cook it?
